Abstract

|
연구목적: 본 연구는 계획적 행위이론을 적용하여 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사의 출산의도와 관련된 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다.
연구방법: 연구대상은 서울. 경기지역 소재 4개 종합병원에 근무하는 20-39세의 주 출산연령 간호사 674명이다.
연구 결과: 대상자의 출산의도 평균점수는 5점 만점에 3.69점으로 나타났다. 자녀출산에 대한 태도가 출산의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 지각된 행위통제, 주관적 규범 순으로 출산의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
결론: 종합병원 간호사에게서 자녀출산에 대한 태도, 지각된 행위통제, 주관적 규범이 출산의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으므로 이들 요인을 고려하여 복합적이고 포괄적인 접근 전략을 수행하는 것이 필요하다.

Purpose: This study is a descriptive survey research on factors related to fertility intention of nurses who work in general hospitals, by applying the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB).
Method: The research subjects are 674 nurses at the peak fertility age of 20-39 years old, who work in 4 general hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province.
Result: The mean score of subjects’ fertility intention is 3.69 in 5-point scale. The fertility intention was significantly influenced by perceived behavioral control and subjective norm.
Conclusion: The results of the study showed that the fertility intention of the nurses in general hospitals was influenced by the TPB variables such as the attitude, perceived behavioral control, and subjective norm. Thus, a comprehensive approach strategy is needed considering these factors.
